Muslim group reacts to withdrawal of quit notice on Igbos.



The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC)  responded to the withdrawal of the quit notice issued to Igbos living in Northern Nigeria by the coalition of Northern youths.

Professor Ishaq Akintola, its President, in an announcement, praised the coalition leaders for tuning into appeals made by stakeholders.

MURIC likewise asked other separatist groups to respond by throwing in the towel on their powerful position and progressing down their language of engagement.

"We see a pressing requirement for pressure to be doused to enable peace to rule. Nigeria is not by any means the only country populated by different ethnic groups.
