Students protest over lack of light, water at the university if calabar


As at this morning October 12th at 10am, students of the University of Calabar protested in their school over lack of basic amenities like light and water in the hostel. All entrances and exits to and from school was blocked by aggrieved students during the protest. The riot/protest started at around 7:20am and went on for hours.
