Two men, believed to be in their 50s, have sustained multiple injuries to their legs after they fell off a moving train in Langlaagte, south of Johannesburg.
The two men were found lying 500m from the platform at Langlaagte Train station on Thursday afternoon,
"On assessment, paramedics found that both men were in a serious condition with series of injuries to their legs."
The men were treated on the scene before being transported to nearby hospitals for further treatment.
